Clearly a popular show on adult swim which is a station KNOWN to have high viewership on a saturday night due to the demographic who watches it, will have more than a popstar who pulls in a different demographic of fans who enjoy going out (hence high ticket sales) than watching the television (hence lower viewership).

No one said HBO is going down the shitter, we're just saying most people don't own HBO, or prefer t stream it. So comparing Beyonce's viewership to prime time or basic cable channels (like the Bleach joke) is futile.
