I think if you give yourself permission to post a picture of yourself, you should be fine.

Right. Besides, the system is simply that if you reach 10 points you get banned, it doesn't matter what order. I often hear "but this post didn't deserve a ban", while the poster was already at 9 points. That one post alone didn't get someone banned. Warnings aren't called warnings for no reason.

Right now they are more seen as a currency (I can spend ~9 WP's a month!) than as actual warnings (meaning: don't do this again).
