Is it okay to stan for someone and KNOW that they suck live?

Like, is it really considered stanning if you don't stan for their talent (or in Rihanna and modern day Britney's case, lack thereof)?
Because we all know Rih's music slays, and so does Britney's, but I wouldn't pay to see either of them live for any other reason than seeing them with my eyes and bopping to songs I know.
