This is a controversial thread, maybe. But for some, it can be life changing. Some of you are against plastic surgery, but for some, this is a journey to a brand new life. I know my future surgeries are a rite to a new life.

I will be getting my moles removed in a month, and I AM VERY excited. I have this huge mole on my left face, that is so huge, people stare at it, OR even don't stare at it because it and I am so hard to look at. It has been a depressing, and saddening phase of my life.

It has been the case for the last 25 years of my life. By having my moles removed, I'd be going into a brand new life, at least my self confidence will be back to where it was when I was a kid, when looks didn't matter much.

I am doing this for myself, because I love myself.

The surgery will cost about $500, and rather than buying the new Windows Phone, or even buy a new Surface, I may just buy myself a brand new life.

I will be posting before and after pictures too, before the new years, because I will be planning on losing 30lbs as well.

Anyways, I hope there are people in here with the same issues I'm dealing with, and I hope they will undergo their own plastic surgery too. I just love hearing other people's stories because they inspire me and lift my mood up all the time.

Wow good luck with everything ABEL. I'm totally for plastic surgery especially in cases like yours where something like that is really effecting your self-esteem and therefore your quality of life. Hope you get the results you want and feel so much better. $500 doesn't seem like a lot at all for the changes this could bring you.

I know what you mean sis. I don't want my picture taken, because of my current well being. After my surgeries, I'll try and forget my past and reborn my self as a new phoenix rising.

But at the same time, you could as well keep just one picture for yourself, to remind you 10 years from now how far you have come as a soul.

No, I was thinking about it, but I didn't do research prior. It's a very intense and painful procedure. I don't think it's worth it now.

I kinda want a slight nose job as I'm it's crooked because I may have broken it when I was young and not gotten it checked out

I got jaw reconstruction surgery because I had a slight underbite, but whether that's considered plastic surgery is up for debate

EDIT: Don't expect this surgery to completely change your life because like me, you'll probably be appreciative at first but adapt and forget your former self consciousness. It's also likely you'll move onto something else you want to fix.
