This obviously aint going #1 on iTunes first day/ week. One Direction and Lorde is tough competition. But, overall One Direction are pretty frontloaded. They do well the week of release and week of video premiere but thats it. Lorde probably has more longevity, but to be fair this is only a movie single.

I think that's the album cover
If it was the single cover, it would have "L.A. Love (La La)" on it, not a random phrase
The single shows hands doing the LA sign and a heart in the background. Its certainly the single cover.
"Smile Now, Cry Later" sounds like it could possibly be a lyric. It sorta fits the anthemic theme the snippets have had.
Ice Cube could be featuring in "L.A.Love (La La)".
On the single cover we note the "Smile now cry later" a reference to the Ice Cube album "Laugh now cry later".
Also note three points on her fingers, a birthmark that Ice Cube has on his face.
