Can just any common girl write a #1 hit single like CMM? And can they write such an amazing album like Carly did. She actually wrote both of her albums and her EP. Can just anyone place 3rd on idol? Can any common girl from the street be a lead on Broadway, and get their roll extended because of great reviews?

Carly may not be the best singer out there but she's still good. and after all she is most talented in songwriting. One of the reasons she originally auditioned for Canadian Idol was to get recognized as a songwriter, but she became much more than that once her talents were recognized. Her songwriting got praised by many critics as well as Sia, and many other celebs praised her.

So back off, because not just anyone can accomplish what Carly has.
