Anyone who judges you is uneducated you can even get a cold sore from drinking from the same cup as someone who has it.
Anyways, go to the local chemist/pharmacy and tell your problem and they'll give you cream. Mine was so ****ing expensive, it was some small tiny tube that was gonna expire quickly but in worked in like 3-4 days and I haven't got a cold sore back since
