Just to prove "I Am... Sasha Fierce" isn't a flop in the U.K.
Quote:
In the United Kingdom, it became Knowles' lowest charting effort, entering the official, album charts at number 10 in its first week of sales before moving to number 21 in its second week, and reached number 23 in its third. However, it should be noted that the album's first week sales in the UK for I Am... Sasha Fierce has sold more than B'Day's first week sales in 2006. I Am... Sasha Fierce sold 38,609 copies in its first week compared to 35,012 copies for B'Day. In its second week, sales dropped by 22% to 30,028. In comparison, B'Day fell by 60%. In its third week, mostly due to the Christmas market, despite dropping a couple of places, I Am...Sasha Fierce increased its sales. B'Day fell by a further 40% in its third week for comparison. In three weeks, Fierce has sold more than what B'Day did in nine weeks.
