"Female" did not combine with "Queen" in that sentence.
"Rap" could mean that she's the Queen of ALL rap, including Eminem, 50 cent etc. When it's only "female rap" then it includes only the pond of female rappers (Iggy, Lil Kim etc).
It's the idea of the sentence that matters, it's not really practical, but theoretically it's like that.
