Yes. First thing I want tbh. It's a bit squishy and drifts off to one side a little bit. I want it to be more defined/sharper. And then I want a more defined/squarer jaw. And that'd probably be it.
For guys I don't think it matters so much to have a prominent nose. Girls on the other hand you can understand because a big snoz is not viewed as feminine.
But perhaps instead of invasive surgery, you could do this?
