Possibly so; I know if blogs catch that or anti-fans do they'll say so. But she didn't say "she never loved me or 'him' or anyone"; she kept the feminine pronoun in the second objective pronoun, like so:
"She never loved me, or her or anyone"
So doesn't make sense that its referencing K.P., at least in my opinion.
It might just be a slip of the tongue, not intentional at all. But I prefer to think she's referencing a girlfriend
