ATRLs system of always letting trolls back (mind you, not referring to the ones that actually make an effort and engage in conversation) is sorta mind boggling. There should definitely be a lot more permabans or permapoints at least, other websites don't usually let things like this carry on with specific users for over a year.

No. It isn't. It's a way of getting around the rules. You don't refer to Rihanna as Fenty, Madonna as Ciccone, Cher as Sarkisian, or Shakira as Ripoll. They've chosen their names for a reason. I've sent a help request to the mods about him before and their hands are tied on that one. I've just let it be and put him on ignore, since he seems to get himself banned within a week everytime he comes back. It's not worth my time to get pressed over it anymore.
