3 of ha 5 singles 'underperformed' and even though Roar was a huge smash it was mostly a Disney type song that is forgotten already. Ha presence on radio is rihducing. She isn't getting as much press as Rih, Bey, Tay etc. Yes she is doing better than Gaga but lbr so is everyone. Is ha decline real?

If we apply the logic ATRL applies to certain other girls, then the answer is a resounding yes. Katy went from being able to smash with any single to having a hard time getting her single played on radio even with cakes, payola, and sucking up to radio stations.

However, I don't think this means anything bad for her, just that radio is tired of her sound. She either has to release an edgy new single or go into the studio and make new music.

Yes, indeed. Very telling that more than half of her singles underperformed this era. All her fans can say in retaliation is "but Roar and DH are two of her biggest hits ever!!!!!" as if that invalidates that fact. Anyone knows her first single after the TD era would have smashed no matter what it was just because of her momentum at the time. Her album sales are also a bit underwhelming considering how big her stans claim she is as well.

Prism was truly her Born This Way with its front-loaded success and all. Also the various unsuccessful singles and stuff. Yeah.
