No, ATRL logic is more like...
During Teenage Dream era: so what if she has 5-6 #1's from one album, she can't tour, she doesn't have star power, she's forgettable, hits aren't everything, charts aren't everything.
During PRISM era: so what if her touring power has grown, she's gotten two of her biggest global hits of her career, she's moving albums in a time where album sales are very tough, she doesn't have the same amount of #1's as her last era! That's the only important thing, therefore she's declining!
It's literally so hilarious to see people try to justify that Katy is fading, when she's doing anything but.
