Anyway, I listened to CTC and I don't think I like it. Oh, well... I know we all have predicted this, but I hate how shout-y she is on Bang Bang.
Aww I hope it grows on you around the fall time. I LOVE Bang Bang, I hated how shouty she was during the other live recorded versions but this one has a much better arrangement than the other 2 performances and I can handle the belts at the end. I'm glad she's finally belting her face off tbh, it's kind of been long overdue. That's just my opinion though.
Well Gaga lost herself in 2013/2014 so it's kind of embarrasing to stan for her after everything she did/say after 2012. Maybe one day i'll be a full time stan on ATRL again. For now i'd rather stan for someone who releases quality music and knows what they are doing with their career.
If you're stanning for quality music then you should have jumped ship when ARTPOP released and came back today when C2C came out
I dunno how to feel about the album so far, maybe it's a grower.
Besides the tracks I already knew, there was no moment of "wow this is amazing, I want to listen to this again" for me.
It Don't Mean A Thing and Bang Bang are on repeat right now for me, they're amazing IMO! It's different, I really like it more than I expected to. Perspective is good though, this album is to carry is through 2014 while Gaga tours Europe and possibly disappears for a bit in early 2015 to prepare a new pop record. Not to mention pop a nice Grammy nom in the bag for Traditional Pop Vocal or Jazz Vocal which hopefully secures Gaga a performance slot to debut a new pop song next February.
