He actually did say it, in tonights episode. He was so serious too and Caleb and Cody started clocking him and Frankie started tearing up. It was ****ing amazing. I can't wait to watch it again tomorrow.
Obviously, personality-wise they're different, but gameplay wise, they're kinda similar, except Sabrina was better at the game than Victoria

The truth is they take all his threats and delusions of grandeur with a grain of salt. Its a running joke to them. Sad thing is, Frankie really does believe he has all this power and influence. Its tragic really. He needs a course of mind altering medication.
