Sounds like Barbara wanted Gaga to star in the movie and Gaga couldn't do it and/or said no and that might have bothered Barbara (she comes off very "HOW COULD YOU SAY NO TO ME").
At the same time, I it could all just be reaching.

It definitely sounds sour to me, but it's not like she'd change her mind to Adele...and unless she wants an updated, urban GYPSY then I don't think Beyonce or Rihanna will be her choice for the role.

I wonder what Gaga's wedding would be like. She and Taylor are so hard to read. On the outside they seem very normal, but Gaga says they compliment each other's weirdness.

I reckon it'd be a big, lavish and traditional wedding. Lots of flowers, big white dress, church, New York, the works etc.
But at the same time, I can picture them doing something low key but beautiful in Italy or something...that we'll probably not hear about.

I'm a bit scared. Is she basically saying in this interview she's done with Pop music ? If so, does that mean she's not gonna do pop music anymore ?

Actually sounds more like she's compartmentalising. Like, she'll be a popstar mostly, but satisfy her jazzy/bluesy self more with side projects.

I could see it working if it was more of an annual EP released before Christmas or something. Then in a few years she could release an effective 'Best Of' compilation album with some new tracks.
I don't see the logic in releasing a full on, proper jazz album every year. She'd lose all novelty, specialness and interest. There'd be no demand after the second.
