I'm in the exact same boat.

I started off as a volunteer at my current place of employment, and they just randomly offered me a job one day. I didn't have to do any sort of interview, just a give them a basic resume and my banking information. Which was a bit strange since I work at a government funded building, so I had expected the process to be a little more complex.
and I already have a job lined up for me by a family member in the area where I'll be attending college next year.
anyway, I'm going to be so confused and worried during my first job interview.

Just thinking about having to create a professional résumé makes me feel a little ill.
