Tricks for being a good speaker?
Has anyone gone from being very shy and having their mind racing when speaking to people to being more calm? tips?

start with an ice breaker...it will loosen you up a bit...I present often and it has helped me a great deal at work

Honestly, magnum helps me to calm my nerves.
How old are you though? It get easier in time.
