Beyoncé is the Queen of the US. She and Taylor are both very successful here (and if we were simply looking at stats, then I'd go with Taylor), but Beyoncé literally has the respect of the entire country and just about every publication that comments on pop culture.
Oceania is the collective name for the lands of the Pacific Ocean, including Melanesia, Micronesia, and Polynesia. Oceania is a convenient way to name these areas, which, with the exception of Australia, are not part of any continent. But Oceania itself is not a continent.

South America too, she's the most successful international female, she has sold 6M albums in Brazil the most for any international female artist.
