People saying going pop isn't risky for Taylor

Obviously it wouldn't be risky if she was pop from the start, but abandoning her country roots completely is
very risky for her. Not because Pop music is risky as a whole, but because she could potentially alienate a complete portion of her fanbase.
It's kinda funny how people on this site keep going on about how Taylor will flop, or that she won't get as many grammy's as before, because she's pop now- and then say going pop isn't risky for her.
In addition to this she's taken many other Risks, such as writing Speak Now
completely by herself with no co-writes, complete with many 5-6 Minute songs. Then suddenly shifting to complete Pop with WANEGBT, and Red having tons of variety such as rock, arena rock, country, folk, bubblegum pop, etc. Then completely abandoning Country with 1989...
Taylor's incredibly risky musically
