Of course, when disruptive behavior goes too far we have no choice but to make an exception and step in. But "The Lord" has not reached that level.
No idea. In some circumstances it can get warned, for example when it's put in a thread title, or when it's not clear who "The Lord" is referring to. If someone feels their warning was unjust then they can send a help request.
I never understood the concept of self ban request.
You have no control but I still get my kiis from the ban list once or twice a week.
