What type of job are you searching for?

I've only ever had one interview, it went great and I got the job.

Okay I have two.

The first is this summer I was going to work at Travelers insurance as a intern. It was basically a guaranteed position because of this AVID summer camp I need summer of 8th grade going into 9th. Anyway they called me in May and told me and remembered me and everything. Well I never had to go in for a interview, just show up the first day which was Monday, June 16th. The Friday before that they call in and say "sorry we found other people for the job." I was so pissed Not an interview story but yeah.

So after I didn't get that job, I applied to the Target in the midway area in the city I live in. A few days later they called me in for an interview. Well I get there and they tell me I'm I have no interview there and I go "what do you mean?". Turns out the lady who called me was suppose to tell me to go to another Target for the interview because the one I applied to and was at didn't have any open spots Well let's just say I made them call the other Target and embarass themeselves. I still didn't get the a job because I was too mad and lazy to apply to another one.

I've had 3 interview in my life and got the job 3/3 times.

I've had five interviews and only succeeded in two of them. The other three were all group interviews. I ended up embarrassing myself in all three of them. Group interviews are the absolute worst and I hope I never have to endure that kind of BS ever again.

hate, hate, hate job interviews. Some of the questions are such BS and it's hard 'cause you can't say I have no answer and if you take your time with a question you look incompetent. I remember years ago I had a group interview for this fancy movie theater that I really wanted and I tried my best to stand out and got eliminated at the last round.

Oh god I hate them too, it's so distracting and just not a fair assessment at all. I'm pretty good at 1on1 interviews, even 2on1 is ok - I just have to prepare a LOT beforehand so I don't fumble my words too much.

I have my 2nd job interview tomorrow, but my first went well.

I think the worst was trying to get into some retail/whole foods store just for a little summer job. Pretty much the interview was lame, it was a group interview, they were desperate for spots and I guess it was kind of my fault, but I put that I was in college on my resume/application and then the whole damn interview was just based on that and they dismissed me from the session with the "We'll call you..."

I've had zero in my life, I have no clue how they work but some of the questions must be extremely awkward.

I've only been to one interview and it was a group interview with like 20 other people. I was nervous as **** because i'm shy but I pulled through. They asked everyone like 2 questions, then we had to get into groups and make a skit. It was terrible but I guess I did good because I got the job.

I had so many, only got a job in a few... you just need to assume you won't get the job because in 99% of the cases you won't, they are just too random

Just as an example: the job I got now was because the interviewer thought I was a female by my voice on the phone, then when he met me he found out I was a male but still offered me the job. But originally he wanted an Italian female for who knows what Then that person was found out to be stealing money from the company so it was fired before I even started

Omg....I have a couple

The first one was for an Office Clerk. I submitted an application and even lied on my resume that I was Bi-Lingual with English and Spanish because I was so desperate, I had no idea I was gonna get called in I was doing so well with all the interview questions, guess what was the last question? Well lo and behold! She asked me if I was could speak Spanish and I replied "Si! " and then she started asking me questions in Spanish and I was like..... I don't wanna tell the rest of the story, I need to log out right now, bye!

I was late for the other interview with the other job that I submitted for. I was so embarrassed! I was lost for like 20 mins because this job was in a different town I hardly ever visit. I had to get off and ask people for directions because my lazy ass did a simple ass sketch/drawing from Google Map instead of printing actual directions.


NEVER Lie on your Resume and ALWAYS be on time! Get proper direcitons too if you don't know where the place is at! And ALWAYS walk in like if you're doing a runway show doing the GayCat pose

I've done 5 & i've received job offers from all 5.

I don't have a negative experience to share, obviously, but just go in there with confidence & sell yourself! Answer exactly what they're asking & don't ramble too much. You'll be fine.
