I think she has an amazing voice (listen to her cover of "Dark Horse" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RYAoWiiYJZE or "Wide Awake" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w0cqcc0JYAs), she's beautiful as well ; she has clearly so much potential but her music doesn't really stand out from the rest, even if it's great to listen to.

Yes. There is not reason she can't be as big as Ariana, Jessie J, Nicki at least where talent is concerned. And she doesn't need Minnie Mouse ears, Iggy features, fake eyelashes and fake innocent facial expressions to pull off a good vocal eitha!
