No, you just can't interpret the lyrics properly. SHE ISNT CALLLING SKINNY GIRLS BARBIES. She is saying that society and magazines are saying that SHE should be a "silicone barbie doll" but she "won't be" like she's fighting against society and their message.
Please don't sit here and act like skinny people get bullied more due to their weight, equally or even a fraction of what bigger people do.
