Of course I know the difference, I was just outlining why it is important to state things as a opinion if they are, because a lot of the time it will seem less shady and less offensive if you make it clear that it's your opinion. This is something you think is unnecessary, so I outlined an example using (yes shade so that we can show the worst type of answer and how it can be transformed) and made it seem more presentable by emphasizing the subjective aspect.
So again,
Britney Jean is the worst album in the world
vs.
I think Britney Jean is the worst album in the world.
Which will go over better? Do you want to not have people jump at your for your comment? Is it that difficult to say "I think" or type IMO to lighten your response? Not really. That's all I'm saying.
