a few points:
1) Their top 40 & top 10 hits are VERY close, so for those who are trying to say that one has had more success than the other, that is an OPINION, not FACT, because these facts show that they are on the same playing ground in terms of hits

2) Their # 1 hits.... whoever was trying to make the point about "look how long it took Britney to reach # 1 .... 10 years).... um .... that's a very weak argument. Looking at facts, Christina has not had # 1 Billboard Hot 100 hit since Lady Marmalade, and her last SOLO # 1 on the Hot 100 was Come On Over in 2000.... almost 9 years ago. So I don't really think your point makes much sense here.

3) They have both had success, stop comparing them.

How could you possibly predict? It's clear that people are anticipating new music from her because "KGB" immediately went top 10 on iTunes.
