Diarrhea. Seriously. They can't say anything

THIS. My auntie in England decided to send her kids on vacations to Poland like two weeks before the end of the school year. She would to have pay a fine if they wouldn't attend classes because of that reason so she called to school each day saying they have Diarrhea.
