Look how different those pictures are, different lighting, make up and for that matter even the quality, it could be just a bad picture.
Sorry, but you're wrong. It has nothing to do with the lighting or anything. LOOK AT HER UPPER LIP in the recent picture. It's massive, and very fake-looking. Exactly like everyone else in Hollywood who has gotten a trout pout.

Lip augmentations aren't very obvious (unless they're too extreme), but the signs are all here. When you get it done not only do your lips look bigger at the top, but they go lower over the teeth. Notice how the sides of her upper lip are much larger than they would normally be. It has lost its shape (I forgot what the thing in the middle is called but she doesn't have it). Most obvious of all, it just looks inflated. It doesn't look natural. A lip gloss cannot achieve something like that.
