This doesn't surprise me at all. It's something I realised a couple of months ago when reflecting on both of my ex-boyfriends. I was in love with the idea of loving them, but it never actually reached that point, and I don't think it could have because we just weren't compatible with each other.

I'm glad she's reached this realisation. It's something I've thought about her for a really long time, probably because I've been in the same situation as her, of having relationships that were really short, that they're not even that life-changing, do-everything-together, not-want-to-hang-out-with-anyone-else-but-them-24/7, best-friend-AND-lover type of love.

It sounds like she handled the break-ups with Mayer and Jonas immaturely, and this Katy thing doesn't reflect well on her character either. Nor the thing with Tina Fey and Amy Poehler. Or the Bob Lefsetz thing. The "victim" is revealing herself to be the villain with every move this era.

Like omg, reading the first two pages was fun but after that it just turned awkward how some queenies kept on and on with throwing stupid shade. I'm not even a Taylor fan, in fact far from it, though I don't mind her. But seeing all the pressed haters in her embarass themselfs sure is fun.

How is it misogynistic or sexist to tell someone to focus on themselves instead of serial dating? That was pretty much the extent of the joke. A lot worse gets said about almost every celebrity. Is Taylor really that foreign to the concept of comedy or is she really that bothered that people take her lyrics at face value and respond accordingly?

She spends so much time singing about "haters" and relationships and very little reflecting on the other things in her life that make it worth living.

Tina and Amy acted professionally, responsibly, and maturely. Taylor didn't.

What serial dating? She has litearally had two 2-month long relationships in 4 years. Which is freaking nothing for a girl in her early 20-ies. "Red" was basically all about Jake. So sexist jokes based on gossip that is not even true do look out of place.
