Bake sales? Chocolate bars? Those are old as time, totally tired, nothing "cool" about them.
Here we have one called "card shooting", basically people gather round and lay down a certain amount of money, say $25 each.
They are each given a card and they mark an "X" on it wherever they please. Then the cards are placed 30-50 yards down range, they are given a shell of birdshot, and they each fire one shot with their shotgun.
The person who gets a pellet closest to the "X" wins! As you can imagine guns with tight chokes are popular. The winner gets a prize like a turkey and the money raised goes to whatever cause.
I've done some and bake sale are always my favorite. Car wash are great too but only if you boss them. A dinner party should be great too or just the party
We played Baby every passing period for a whole week and it would only stop if we reached $500 (yes I totally stole the idea from some other school and presented as my own to my club)
We didn't promote it enough and it was kind of last minute so we only raised around $300 but it was a good fundraiser
You could do that with Baby or a current song everyone hates
