The other sisters, the parents, and the depressed brother nobody cares about, no. But Kim actually is quite popular worldwide, probably moreso than most actresses and singers. Thats the weird part. She beats H-wood's working girls at their own game:fame & fortune. She prob. enfuriates most of Hwood girls I'd imagine.

I don't think Katy has declined in the same way Gaga did during BTW, even though PRISM is definitely "underperforming" in certain aspects. Gaga was a phenomenon and her success was completely based around her image, her music was never at the forefront of her celebrity, so when that got stale, there was no going back for her regardless of how good her music was/is. Katy's like Rihanna, people don't really care about them as stars, if they get the right song out, they'll smash again.
Katy's old now, though. I don't see TOO many hits in her future.
