GH albums DO do well in general.
Unless the artist is either a flop, or their music is not significant.
Or both.
Her new album will be huge? BTB only sold 3.7 million and it was released in 2006, when sales were a lot higher, plus she had a bigger fan base then because she was coming off the back of a successful album.
The signs are not looking good for her next album. It won't be a hit at all. The GH album was an introduction to her new image and sound, just look how KGB performed in the charts. It flopped.
