Lil' Wayne DOES NOT have the best rap album this year, atleast IMO.
'Tha Carter III' is good but way too overrated.
All these rap albums are better than TC3 IMO:
-T.I. - Paper Trail
-Khia - Nasti Muzik
-The Game - L.A.X.
-Nas - Untitled
I didn't count Kanye's new album or Lil Mama's cause they're more pop to me.

Nas - Untitled, hip hop album of the year so far
Lil Wayne sucks lollipop ruined his credibility, T.I. too he sampled "o zone" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lollipop is great IMO. And the album doesn't have another lollipop, so...
