It's unfortunate that so many groups who deserve to be big in the west aren't. I think it comes down to a lot of them not having a team that knows how to market in America. The music industry is different depending on the country you're in and America's music business is pretty much monopolized by existing artists and labels. It makes it almost impossible for foreign acts to break through, and it's so unfair.
