I think its smart of them to do this. They are relying on her name while they can. Once she needs a push, they´ll make sure she gets it. They dont want to suffer from overexposure before the album is even out. I bet they have everything figured out already, this is a huge move for Taylor and there is no place for mistakes
so people have to promote Shake It Off for her, so that she can travel in Europe eating Pizza, chatting with strangers from countries to countries, shopping on the streets.
