It deserves to be #1 for 20 weeks. A long with Halo and Unusual U, and If You Seek Amy, and Smash into You, and Radio, and Diva, and Sweet Dreams.
I agree with you those song are the best from both albums, even I don't think that it reachs #1 so many times, I just expect that they do like 5 or 7 times
