At his address tonight President Obama said the following statements. Is he ultimately declaring war against ISIS? Or you don't think its THAT serious yet?
Lets hope Obama puts American and allied boots on the ground instead of relying on local troops.
Most of the weapons ISIL has comes from stealing or trading for them off of the locals we support there....which is just sad when the people who threaten us do so with our own firearms and intellectual property.

And that's why clever euphemisms are created. Congress hasn't declared war since World War II, but I'm not sure anyone believes that was the last war we fought.

Exactly this. At least this is a more specific agenda than a simple War On Terror though. At this point, America's intervention is required along with the UK and other NATO countries in order to destroy a genuinely threatening organization that's killing people.
