she means that musicans nowdays could only use a computer to compose/writting music with manual instruments. i think she wants to say that she don't feel the vibe of making music like it was in back days

IMO she's referring to the time spent on making an album.
I think she's implying that making an album used to be a lot easier or simpler (don't know if it'sthese are the right words to use in this context ) .
From her recent IG posts you get to realize how impatient she is to get this album done and ready .
