No, he's not at her position. He's below her, seeing as how #1 > #2. Queen rightfully is on top.
And as for the other girls, I don't really care, Bieber could very well be bigger than them. Am not outright saying Bieber is bigger than Katy, but am not disagreeing either

The book was just released today, so there's no full versions online yet for me to post proof of the whole page. But people who've gotten it early have been posting pics, it's real.
The beginning of the chart is also on Madonna's page, they tweeted.

Am lowkey impressed with Bieber.  Charting above people such as Katy (who's been working so hard all year, releasing single after single, my heart goes out to her btw) and here he is above her with no album. Good for him, I ain't mad. Kudos to Katy for making it also, I love her!

Also, it's probably because there's people like who keep Gaga relevant through dedicating your heading/signature towards her and continue to write endless comments about her current activity.
Her power/relevance is fueled trough the vast attention she receives, no matter how positive or pressed her commentators are.

No, popular books like GWR have to go into printing months before they're released in order to keep up with demand. March 6th was probably the latest date they could continue to calculate things before having to send the books to printing.

This is also incorrect as far as the previous record holder for most annual earnings by a female artist.
Celine was surpassed by Beyonce various times before Madonna took the record to $125 million in 2013.
