Can someone explain to me why Radar is on Circus?

It was promised to be a single off "Blackout" but was cancelled, so Jive cut a deal with the producers that it would make it onto the "Circus" album($$$$).

Bascially its a pay off for breach of contract.

Oh. Well that's dumb. It should've been a single. It would've done real well.

Duh, Britney on Oprah = an extra 100k copies sold ANY week she's there.
