Um... that's because people enjoy those games... the fact Nintendo always comes in distant 3rd place in this most important area is why the Wii has been failing... in another time they used to have the best shooters (GoldenEye, Doom, Duke Nukem, Turok, Perfect Dark) and were the most successful... now they don't... and...?

Mess. Nintendo is just a mess. They are so lucky they have two of the biggest if not the biggest media franchises out there with Mario and Pokemon otherwise they would have faded a long time ago.

The Wii has sold more hardware and software than both the X360 and PS3. They easily won last gen and unless Sony can save the PSV or push PS4 even harder, they could still manage to take this gen thanks to the 3DS's successes.
