We tell black people not to bleach their skin to look lighter. We tell old people not to get ridiculous plastic surgery to look younger. And we tell larger-built people not to go to unhealthy measures to be skinnier.

So how come transgender people can masquerade as something they're not and we don't tell them to love themselves the way they are?

Does letting trans people use the wrong bathroom and legally recognizing them by the wrong gender perpetuate self-hatred? Should we not be encouraging these people to love who they are and embrace their true identity?

Better question: When trans-people dress in what they want, why can't society accept them instead of assuming it's some try hard attempt to fit in?

Trans people get more hate than any of the groups you mentioned

It's a bit of a sweeping assumption that all transgenders don't love themselves. A lot of them have a lot of inner turmoil to overcome, due to the fact they feel they were born the wrong sex. But once they feel they have become their true form, they do find happiness.

Trans stands for transgender and transgender is the state of one's gender identity or gender expression not matching one's assigned sex.

You cant choose whether your sexual centre in brain feels like a man or woman and whether it corresponds with the type of sexual organs you were born. Its very low probability it wont match, but sometimes it happens.

Race doesn't matter. It doesn't matter what colour your skin is, your brain functions the same. But to be a different gender is something completely different. Skin colour isn't a way of life and it shouldn't define who you are. Sexuality and gender are completely different.

I really dont understand how some gays can be so shallow and ignorant when it comes to other minorities. Its like when straight guy tells you are not gay, homosexuality doesnt exist, you werent just raised properly and you should embrace your inner heterosexuality because woman-man type of relationship is in our genes.
