Katy did not force anyone to work with her. She just called them and they were boring at Taylor's tour, hence why they decided to go back with Perry. Besides, they were with her first for two and half years, they would obviously go back to her.

Sis, this aint the NBA or some sports league where there are hard rules about owners poaching talent. There's nothing unethical about Katy propositioning dancers for her tour. People come and go from jobs or get recruited to greener pastures all the time for all sorts of reasons. Haven't you ever heard of head hunters? If those dancers truly breached their contract (if there was a contract) and she was pressed about it, then Taylor could have used the courts or arbitration as recourse. My guess is that those dancers were freelancers that could do whatever the hell they wanted. If they didn't like working for Taylor anymore, then oh well. The way you prevent this sort of thing from happening is with a non-compete clause.
