CIL is Beyonce's signature hit so yes it's recognizable. However it is still a non global song with moderate sales and has always been overrated. It will always remain in the shadow when compared to Toxic or Umbrella (Britney and Rihanna's signature global smashes with more than 1.5 million in sales.
