Bén is so focused on his quest of artistic credibility and notoriety because he knows that this aspect of his courier is severely lacking.

The stunts, PR opportunities, lies, purposeful leaks, family exploitation, etc. are just some of the many ways he has managed to keep himself afloat. He is not above doing anything to survive, but I cannot blame him for that.

The problem is that his musical output just fails to match up with other aspects of his courier. None really want it.

BEYONCÉ is better than 4, both are her best albums tho, all the others had too many flaws. Jealous, XO, Mine, Partition, Haunted... Not one single bad song, I hated Pretty Hurts at first but it grew on me.

That doesn't even make sense. She did something like similar with B'Day and that album got only solid reviews. The marketing strategy, the focus on "making an album" and the music itself all got that acclaim. Beyonce is overrated, but so are a lot of albums with critical praise.

All Bén albums have flaws. Who cares what a few zealous gays say? There is no Bén album that will truly be seen as a classic and all-encompassing amazing body of work.

I like both Beyonce and 4 but the former does feel like she made a point to try to cater to a wider audience instead of sticking to who she is. 4 is definitely the better album. RTW is still the worst song of 2011.

I think Bey is so acclaimed because she's the best performer of her generation. The music sort of comes second.

I don't skip any track from the Visual album, it gives me everything I need and more, 4 has stronger tracks but it's not as consistent. People can say what they want about Beyoncé's music quality, but it is a fact that she is evolving and upgrading as the years go by (not that it was hard to top IASF in terms of quality but yeah) and not many artists with over 15 years of career can say that.

4 is so boring... but Love On Top is one of her best songs. If anything had a potential to be a "classic" it was LoT

B'Day has the best bops, IA...SF has the most popularity, 4 has the most sophistication (???), and BEYONCE has the best production. BEYONCE is the best as a whole, but making music that is simply good isn't enough to make a classic album

Like when you think about popstar albums that are considered classics, they either were brilliant or extremely innovative or both. Nothing about BEYONCE is super innovative besides the release strategy. Beyonce had more musical impact with her "urban" sound in the early and mid 00's... if there was anything to claim in terms of relevance/impact, wouldn't it be that?

When the going was good for her, she NEVERRR exploited her personal life or was on social media. She always claimed she was soo private and that her&Jay made a pact that they wanted to be known for their music, not their personal life. As soon as 4 didn't get the crossover success she was used to, she (geniously) changed her entire hustle

His performances are meaningless in the end. None remembers them, except online stans. The GP doesn't remember anything about the actual performances, nor are they ingrained in their minds.

For all the praise on his live work, it doesn't really make a mark on his courier. They are talked about for ~1 week after and then forgotten. Really, only controversial or shockingly bad live performances are remembered.

If you do a good job, you don't get rewarded. I'm not saying his performances are bad, but the Hive needs to stop thinking that it actually matters in the long run. None of the GP are scouring YT to get their live to some BET Awards of Ring The Alarm or whatever.

It is all forgotten in the end. The one thing that lives on is ultimately your musical output, and he has failed to deliver time and time again on this front.

Sorry but Kate Bush is definitely the best female "artist" of all time! If we are referring to just singers of popular music, Sade, Madonna, Moo, and a couple others are above Janitor Jackson.
