So as you all know I have just started my career in the real estate business a few months ago, however my boss who's in his mid 40's is obviously hitting on me and saying very sexual innuendos when no one is around. I'm flattered but don't give back attention, yet he doesn't get the clue and keeps pushing the limit. I don't want to get fired as this is my first big career yet... Should I flirt back innocently just to avoid a confrontation?
The free-spirit in me is saying that you should take it to the next level which would also secure you a spot within the company as long as he's there because you'll have blackmail BU if it's really making you uncomfortable, I'd say you either quit or say something to him. It's kinda tricky because saying something to him could backfire as he could try and be vindictive due to you denying his advances.
Continue to ignore, approach him privately, report him to a superior, or give in...those seem to be your options.
Honestly I'm kind of intimidated bc he's such a high figure in the business and I look up to him, I don't want to tarnish his image. I may just ask him for lunch this weekend to talk and clear the air. But I dunno if that will be too much

At times it's uncomfortable bc I'm really trying to learn and do this the right way. Yet at times I kind of like the attentjon, it's tough, changes each day ugh
