If you mean directly related, probably not. Like a person above mentioned, many native "aboriginal" Australians and Austronesian people from Southeast Asia and South Asia look similar to sub-Saharan Africans, but they are not actually closely genetically related:
The girl above might look related, but in fact, Europeans have more in common with sub-Saharan Africans than they do. You can't judge by physical appearance.

Maybe through distant historical contact. This reminds me of the Negrito people of Southeast Asia, who have features similar to Africans despite being in Southeast Asia.

Those people Filipinos call "Negritos" are of Austronesian race and are not genetically related to black Africans. Austronesian people are the natives in Southeast Asia and parts of South Asia as well. Most Filipinos and other Southeast Asians are a mix of Austronesian and Chinese (due to the heavy migration from China in the 10-15th centuries). Likewise, most Indians and other South Asians are a mix of Austronesian and Central Asian.

Dravidian is a language group, not a race. Those "blacker" Indians are Austronesian just like "blacker" Filipinos and aboriginal Australians. They're actually not related to sub-Saharan Africans. That's a myth perpetuated online.
