Who exactly did Joan target in that thread specifically, celebrating their death? Because almost all the negative comments towards her were made about her being in hell, glad she was dead, glad she isn't alive anymore, and the usual they didn't know she was dead and she was irrelevant. Joan's comments she 'Used to' make has NOTHING to do with the topic about Michelle Obama, Adele, and Chelsea. There were others who expressed their disapproval of her words but didn't go that extra mile and made stupid comments about her death.

A comparison isn't an insult though

All I'm saying is that it's a bit arbitrary to draw the line at celebrating a person's death while actively praising someone for disparaging entire groups of already persecuted minorities. Trans and fat people can actually feel pain; dead people cannot. So in some respects what she did is almost worse than what the people in that thread are doing, especially when the people she targeted have done nothing wrong.
