What was Katy and her team thinking by releasing this song? I mean they really overlooked some great singles... Honestly, TIHWD is one of the worst songs on the album, it's too childish and cliche. The song does sound pretty nice on radio though.

I guess it was just obvious to me since day 1 it wasn't a smash

It always was going to be a single though. It's the clear standout on PRISM. Her best song.

I still don't understand why people try to trash this flawless track and International Smash and praise Birthday and Walking On Air to the highest of heavens when they're both really not THAT great.

although I find Birthday melodically to be my favorite, both Birthday and This Is How We Do suffer from poor lyrics. By the sounds of them, they're smashes, but the bridges of both kill them. I think they should've gone over the lyrics some more. Well obviously.

Legendary Lovers better be next. The time for Walking on Air has past i'm afraid. And it HELL better not be This Moment or It Takes Two. Only LL will suffice. Then call it quits. Even if LL was a smash i'd still call it quits.

There is a point to yea....you want to sell albums so you keep releasing singles. But then the overall chart trajectory of the singles will begin to look poor, and nobody wants that. I don't want a bunch of non-Top 10's just to see another 50k-100k in album sales, which is the most they'd do. I don't see a 7th single, no matter what it is, resurrecting the album to where it's justified. And I don't think the single, no matter what it is either, will come close to Top 10 on anything. There is a plateau, and we are there right now.

I'm glad this still has life left. Sales and streaming are way better than I've imagined they would be, so this is not a flop to me. It's done better than Lorde's 3rd single. Better than Miley's 3rd. Hopefully this jumps to #25 or higher this week, which is still great for a 5th single.

this is still, no matter what, a hugely successful era. But I think they need to call it quits after LL and begin on new material.

Not gonna lie, at first I hated this song, same with International Smile. But after hearing it a couple of times, I kinda like it, it's not bad I guess! When it was released as a single, I had an outrage for Katy, for picking a song despite other standouts, and to follow this right after Birthday

- that's when I thought the era's dead! But then, she surprised me with the music video and I stan for this song a little bit!

Now I just need this to be successful so that we could finally have the LL music video, and Goldsoundz u need to tell Katy we don't want another Bday video mess if she really wants to get the biggest hit of her career! Fly to India and rent the Taj Mahal for a week or so, and then book the Ganges River too.

This is doing great considering Birthday was at the lower 60's by the time it had the same airplay. So yeah, I could finally see the potential in this song, but I'm guess I'm just too excited for LL!

International Smile still remains the weakest track lmao! The only one who like it is Umich.

TIHWD already passed Don't, but Amnesia had overtaken both! Mess

I'd be greatful if someone let me know what is the difference between the production of the original song and the remix besides the talk part that was substiued for the Riff Raff rap.
