I made a post similar to this in HQ, but I mean I don't think in a musical chairs game except for personal chairs games can a member be banned from voting (example: MLD personal survivor).
Send a Help Request Prometheus. to get a more official answer if you can even ban a member from a musical chair survivor if this is seriously concerning.
Edit: as in banning a member period from a musical chairs survivor outside of Personal musical chairs survivor. If you won't Prometheus., I will, just let me know. I really don't think you should ban members in musical chairs survivors aside from maybe personal musical chairs, but the moderators should debate this out, because I think this whole banning of a member from a survivor should go through the moderators in this instance and not the OP
